What is devolution going to do for sports?

It is worth noting that the Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA) is keen on increasing allocation to counties from Kshs.206.6 billion to at least Kshs.230 billion, although they have specifically stated that to support government aspirations for our country Kenya, it would take Kshs.237 billion to operate efficiently.

Let's look at that figure again ... Kshs.206.6 billion.

The number of zeroes is mind-boggling.

Now, according to the CRA about 2% of that figure should go towards sports and sports events.

You do the maths.
